My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the work that Stephanie, Tony, and their sub trades did on our bathroom. We remodelled our master ensuite and put a safety valve on our hot water tank. In both cases, Stephanie and Tony presented options for us to choose from. They were a delight to work with. They respected our budget, made suggestions for economies of scale and suggestions to give that extra sparkle in the aesthetics. The cultured marble for the shower tiling is absolutely beautiful and looks the same as the hard to care for porcelain tile without grout line brushing! Their sub trades Kyle, Pat, Trevor, and Fred were fantastic. Their attention to detail and trade proficiency were exceptional. I plan to use Profile to upgrade the kitchen next. They are reasonably priced, efficient, innovative, and trustworthy! I recently asked Profile to assist with modernizing my kitchen and renovating my bathroom. Again, the results were fantastic! I had different trades people, but they were dedicated to getting the job done, while their attention to detail was exemplary. Her Interior Designer expertise is the best I have ever cross. She listens to the client and provides samples and recommendations while taking into consideration of cost. What more can one ask for!
